UPS Shipping charges
are calculated when adding an item to your cart, unless a certain
product or product group mentions free shipping. Simply enter your
state and zip code and you will be offered the most competitive shipping
rates anywhere. Need it fast? Worldwide, next day, 2 & 3 day shipping
and a wide assortment of other shipping methods are offered as well.
Most of the HVAC
equipment such as Mini Splits, would ship via LTL freight carrier
lines. When calculating LTL shipping charges in your cart, keep in
mind that all deliveries are curbside. In most instances the shipper
will call within 24 hours prior to shipment to make an appointment
for delivery.
*All
orders are processed the next business day regardless of your shipping
option selected.
*For standard
ground shipments we reserve the right to ship with the carrier of
our choosing..
We
do not have a minimum sale however we do charge a $3.50 handling charge
on all orders under $300.00.
*We
reserve the right of refusal on any order.

Our store only charges
and collects sales tax at a rate of 6.5% for orders shipped or billed
within the state of Florida. Orders shipped or billed outside of the State
of Florida and the United States, are not subject to pay sales tax to
AcSuperstore.com. Please refer to your local states sales tax policies,
for laws and guidelines within your state. *Some items depending on your
state
may not be sales tax exempt.

All payments
are made in full at the time of your purchase, If your product has a long
leadtime you must still pay in full at time of purchase.

checkout process for those who do not care to enter their credit card

If you would like to phone in your payment, just order through our cart
as normal and choose the "Phone In Credit Card Info" payment
option and complete your order.
Follow the call payment instructions on the order confirmation you will
instantly receive by email. Your order will be processed immediately after
receiving your phone call with your credit card payment.

Merchandise may be
returned within 30 days of purchasing for a credit, provided it is in
it's original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are subjected
to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer, plus
all shipping charges. Some items are non returnable and non refundable.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion.
If you are not sure what the return policy is for a certain item, then
please inquire before you make your purchase. No returns will be accepted
without a Return Goods Authorization, issued by either AcSuperstore.com
or our vendor that shipped your goods.
All products must
be returned in original packaging and in reasonable condition. We will
not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer
upon delivery and not claimed on the original delivery receipt. Installed
product cannot be returned for credit.

Reviewing and Inspecting
Your Delivery
We take every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed
correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you
safely.
Please inspect your
order carefully at the time of receipt, you should confirm the accuracy
of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory
condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made immediately.
Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected
immediately.
AcSuperstore.com cannot
accept responsibility for any damages that are concealed. Please make
sure your freight is acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed
for your goods in good shape any later recourse would have to be taken
up directly with the freight company that delivered your goods.

You may cancel your
order, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped from
our inventory, or a a non-cancelable purchase order, had not been generated
by AcSuperstore.com to our vendor. Our customer service desk can inform
your of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order
can be canceled for a full refund. You must call our customer service

here to e-mail us to confirm cancellation.
In some cases an item
with a special order custom finish, may not be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.

Warranty & Product Defect Protection . |
AcSuperstore.com sells
only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products
are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. No matter
where you live within the US, the manufacturers provide complete and documented
warranties with every product.
Any items needed to
be replaced or refunded due to you feeling that the item is defective,
is subject to final inspection by the manufacturer. The manufacturer must
claim their product defective to replace or refund. If the manufacturer
feels that there is no defect in a product then we must represent their
decision.
*Air Conditioning
Parts Warranty issues must be resolved using documentation from a Licensed
Air Conditioning or Refrigeration contractor.
